A tough economy magnifies the importance of doing the BASICS really well. When dollars are tight, competition increases. When competition increases, the small differences between companies and their approaches to the market (their marketing strategies) start to become more noticeable. My best advice to business like ours, is to do the things they know they must always do, but simply do them better. In my opinion, going back to basics, but executing at a higher level, is a huge way to help keep our staff and clients focused on improvement. By the way, a significant "perk" to this - if your clients use a down economy to sharpen their overall approach to marketing during the doldrums, when times get better, they will bring with them improved approaches which will serve them when the economy booms, as well as when it is busting. We feel that the new exhibit hall will have the right approach to our customers needs that can bonded and deliver a better network in sales. Pink is the Hallway.
Annual Fee for Space is $3,000.00 Booths For Year Around Exhibit Hall:

Everyone scared . We want to help our staff and clients focus on the things they control. And, to some extent, tune out the things they don't. No, I'm not advocating being ignorant or oblivious, but when we are talking about how to best serve our customers as entrepreneurs, I find that when business owners get too wrapped up about "the big picture," they lose focus on what they can control: their approach to running their company. Sometimes rolling up your sleeves, turning off the media's drama (They make more money when there are sensational things to talk about!), and focusing on their own little business, is the best medicine. Close Up and Head to the House: Recessions are times when our pessimistic sides start to win. But our best entrepreneurs are optimists. No, that doesn't mean they are Pollyanna or have their heads buried in the sand. But it does mean that when the vast percentage of the populous is panicking, the cool headed business men recognizes that economies go up and economies go down - and faith that the economy will get better. The more they remain upbeat, the more they counteract all of the negativism. Since there has been an economy, there have been good times and bad times. And every time it goes bad, there are those who join the panic train, and those who emerge from the challenges better off than they were going into them. The entrepreneur's attitude is key. Not only on a micro level, but on a macro one as well! Our Training program is working harder than ever. Yes we have lost customers, but we are working to gained two more to take there place. Very excited about the months ahead of us and we plain to grow and train even more. With this attitude, it has made us number one in ammonia training. ( signed staff at GCAP)
