As companies face ever-increasing challenges to train their operators and get the most from their training investments, we’re ready to help you meet those demands. With hands-on evaluations and employee involvement, our training process will be tailored to target plant specific needs with the base we use at the college today.  We want to offer the “one stop shop” for training needs to the industry.

GCAP will not only be training refrigeration operators, but will have a parallel boiler program.  Industrial automation and PLC training will be offered in the same complex.  GCAP will offer 6 different types of training, 2 boiler operators training courses, and EPA-OSHA certification, in addition to a plant on-site training for all of the above courses.
The compressor rebuild course will include your own mechanics plus repair parts with supervised instruction on rebuild.  GCAP’s programs will be the result of changing times and customer demands.  With the economy as it is, we want to help lower training cost to the end user.

Each seminar runs for four days. It starts at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and ends at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will help in over time pay for the operator at the facility being trained, and help on his absence from their shift.

 ALL Operator Seminars Cost: $1,185

·        Your engineering database will need to be available in order to take your engineer designs and standards to the operators level through training.  (This will connect Excel’s engineering ideas and requests to the operations level for better efficiency on systems).
·        You will share in the pride of having the highest level of training for operators, second to none!  Engineering, manufacturers, contractors, and plants will share in their training needs for servicing and operating equipment.   This has never been tried at this magnitude.  The bottom line would be a plant with higher efficiency and quality.
·        Prices for these classes will be set with convenience in mind.  The only thing your plants will have to do is book the course and we will help you with the accommodations.
·        All registration will be done electronically.
